  • Private Adoptions (when birth parents work directly with attorneys and an adoptive family) Hospital and medical expenses may be paid. With prior permission from the court, living expenses (food, lodging and clothing) may also be paid for the duration of the pregnancy and for up to thirty days after the birth of the child.
