2. My Family and my friends are firelighters for me. They always support and motivate me to do something in my life as well as in my studies. I really feel blessed for it. 
3. I think I am a firelighter for others and firefighter for myself. Because I always try to help others and motivate them but for myself sometimes I get confused and feel zero.
4. No, I think both the roles are not so easy. As when we become firelighters for someone, his consent and interest also matters because some people get angry and feel like we are flattering. While in case of firefighters, the people take us as a villain and start hating us, even our intention is nobel it doesn't matter for them.

1).Yes I have firefighters in my life but they doesn't affect me anymore because I have already learnt to deal with them . Whenever someone comes to demotivate or manipulate me I just ignore them. Here I have my firelighters too who always puts me in the right place.

2).Yes I do have firelighters in my life and that's my dad and my best friend they always cheers me up to do the things that is right for me or that makes me happy besides that they always have supported me in every possible way. There was a really tough time in my life and I think without their support and love I couldn't be able to make the things good again .

3).I think I'm both . It depends on the person with whom I'm dealing . There is so many people who gets motivated by the theory of negative motivation , in this we hits the most emotional/precious part of the person and in the result of that they takes it on ego and do the almost impossible things just to prove us. But this theory doesn't work on everyone some of us even me needs to get some positivity to make me feel motivated . So just opposite of negative motivation ,here is positive motivation where we tell people about some positive points and sides if they'll archive their goal that really makes us feel energetic to do anything.

4).That's not an easy job to be a firelighter everytime and I talk about with everyone so it seems lil bit hard too, but not impossible if we want . We can't force someone to do anything but we can atleast try once to convince them for their good. 
It is really important to be firelighter because there are so many people who needs us ,they don't any that sort of person in their life so if we can make it we should .
No one knows that which word from your line is gonna hit that person to deal with conflict so just atleast try once .

*Conclusion :- We can't convince everyone but if we can make atleast one person motivated out of hundreds so that's also a big achievement to us . As we all know that something is always better than nothing .

With the help of this ability you would be able to understand other's situation even if you haven't been in that type of circumstances before. In my top 5 roles empathy plays really big role . Just because of being empathic I can understand other and after understanding I can also help them . 
In short, in my roles empathy's role is to make me more courageous and motivated so that I could help .
