         <description><![CDATA[<div>Monomers, that are made out of naphtha (oil), go through a process called "Emulsion polymerization." When this process occurs, chains of polymers link together to create a latex or rubber substance. styrene and isoprene are two monomers that are needed to make rubber.</div>]]></description>
