She doesn`t eat any fruits or vegetables, or any meat and she get an anemia. Now she eats some salmon, chicken and meat, this food helps her to have a god body and be healthier. I don't know if your daughter is fat or maybe get sick constantly, I think that those are things that you can use to convince her to eat healthy food. See you soon.</div>]]></description>

Now you must go to the supermarket and buy some vegetables and fruits, and some meat and chicken too. You can find many simple recipes in youtube, such as, chicken and vegetables or some lasaña, you can cook it one day, and then you have food for several days freezing some food.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The children of those ages are more interested in games that in food, they don`t want to be seated in a chair for a long time. I think that you could be try with some vegetables and fruits in a different way, you can put some vegetables in the plate like a face or something funny forms like a car or something that he likes. Also, you can do a fruit cake they could like it too. But always try to give him healthy food and have much patience.<br>Additionally, you can give him a milk whit vitamins and minerals like pediasure, or you can ask a doctor for a god one.<br>Have a god day!</div>]]></description>
