  • The role of gathering questions and facilitating townhall meetings have been changed from GM Function to FT Group.   
  • Townhall meetings are designed to create a place for all members to participate, reflect each opinions, and share information transparently. You can freely ask questions you have to the company and/or to any members.
  • Questions will be continuously gathered via Padlet. However, comments can't be made and the answer to the question will be made during townhall meeting.
  • Please leave in "form of questions" on padlet, and share as much information possible including context, so that the respondent can accurately understand the question and prepare the answer.

For example, is it possible to divide the town hall meeting into the first half and the second half, one that is related to the whole team and the other that does not require the participation of Japan team? 
(For example, in the April Townhall, I thought that Japan team participation is not necessary for the arrangement of seats.)

It's really hard to hear everyone in the room and sometimes even the person hosting with their device. Having a usb/bluetooth conference audio device for people to use will greatly enhance the quality and experience for remote participants. We use Python a lot and it is free. Although Python is Open-Sourced there is a Python Software Foundation (PSF) US non-profit organization in charge of all the infrastructure and maintenance. They manage PyPi (also know as `pip`), organize Pycons, pay for Python core maintainers. PSF mostly relies on public donations and sponsors to run the organization. So, by supporting the PSF we will become Python Language Sponsor.

It is not that we have to, but, I think, it would be great way to give back to the community that created such a wonderful tool, a Python Language, which we are using.

Since Covid-19, we've seen so many vacant seats in the office. And many people have been still working remotely so far.

This looks to me sort of wasting money and inefficient.

So I'm suggesting to have flexible working environment for members.

To be more specific, under this new system, members can choose their workplace where they work for 3 or 6 months. 

Types of workplace can be varied like the current Euljiro office, other offices such as localstitch(https://localstitch.kr/home), 집무실(https://www.jibmusil.com/) and maybe just home.

IMO, this flexible system can be limited to members who are experienced with 3 months basic onboarding program in each units.

After 3 months on-boarding, members will be able to choose their workplace type within the options which company made. The options should not exceed the certain amount of budget that company can afford.
