Sensations- I feel connectivity in the environment . The sounds of nature were so peaceful for mind and body.

I heard whistling sounds of leaves, chirping of birds and frogs.

I smell the eucalyptus leaves and freshness of natures which freshens my mind as well.

I felt so comfortable, being and peaceful in the lap of nature.

Feelings- From this experience, I felt we need this peace, free mind, rewind and rethink and start again with peaceful mind and positive energy. Children need time and space to play. Through play they learn about themselves and their surroundings. Children like pretend play. Children like to play in their imaginary world with no time limits.(OpenAthens / Sign In, 2023)

Thoughts- This experience made me feel so comfortable and remind me of my childhood. This feeling took me 20 years back where I born and grow up in the lap of nature. We used to play with leaves, sticks, sand, mud and everything we can find randomly. we didn't had that much technology and remote control toys. we used to write and draw on ground with sticks. we used to make so many things with leaves.

children can experience same peaceful environment and open-ended play in natural environment.

-They can sing and make different sounds.

-Experience different views of nature with their own mind.

-can smell different leaves

-can hear birds and animals and other voices.

I created a Dramatic play with leaves and buds of eucalyptus tree.

I cooked food for birds and animals which was pasta and noodles. I served food with a good presentation. I was trying to make same sound with little branches from trees by shaking and blowing them in wind and playing around with them.
