I selected this picture because it did a good job of explaining what is not covered by renters insurance. Insurance can be confusing considering it covers some things but not everything, I thought this picture would be useful to help someone better understand what is not covered by renters insurance

I selected this picture because I thought it did a good job of comparing how homeowners insurance differs from renters insurance. I personally thought it night be the same thing so this picture helped to show the differences between the two insurances.

This website talks about whether to not tenant insurance is mandatory is Ontario. And although by law it is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that everyone gets renters insurance. This website covers what renters insurance is, what is covers, liabilities, expenses, and much more. I selected this website because I thought it gave a good overview of what my topic is all about and it was an article written in Toronto making it very relevant for the people in this class.

This video is a personal story about someone who did not have renters insurance and what happened to her because of not having it. The story talked about a fire that happened in her apartment and how much she had to pay and lost because she did not have renters insurance. This video then talks about why she originally chose to not have the insurance but now why she wishes that she did. I selected this website because I thought it was interesting to hear a personal story about why people need renters insurance and I think it also allows for the viewers to better understand how renters insurance can help.

Renters insurance is not mandatory by law but landlords may include it in your lease agreement meaning you would be required to have the insurance if you want a specific property. covered from fire water and liability claims caused internally or externally. I chose this video due to it focuses more on the legal side of renters' insurance.
