         <description><![CDATA[<p>1) Try to come to the students level, sitting down with the students, giving eye contact, listening and responding in a calm voice.</p><p>2) Enthusiastic greetings as the students enter the class. Greeting them by name and saying how great to see them. And we sometimes add, we missed out students, especially if someone was absent last class.</p><p>3) We ask questions to the students after reading a Greek short story, if it applies to them. For example, if the story involves a cat or food, we ask do you have a pet or  do you like this food. We feel its important to ask the students questions and they enjoy participating in the discussion.</p>]]></description>
