Step 3: Share with the Group

1. Create a Safe Space: Ensure that all participants feel respected and valued during the sharing process.

2. Active Listening: Listen attentively and without judgment to each story shared.

3. Encourage Reflection: After each story, allow a moment for the group to reflect and share thoughts or connections, if comfortable.

Step 4: Reflect and Connect

After all stories have been shared:

1. Group Discussion: Engage in a group conversation about common themes differences, and insights gained from the stories.

2. Personal Reflection: Write down your thoughts on how this activity has influenced your understanding of yourself and others.

3. Action Steps: Consider how you can apply the insights gained to foster a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
