         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cultural - The language that the Sioux tribe speaks is the dakota language. They were also fluent and intellegent with the Lakota language. The tribe worshipped many of gods. But some of the gods they beileved in were more distinct than others. They beileved the you had to gain spiritual power.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Housing - The tribes lived in tent-like homes called teepees. The teepee was made from wooden poles and were covered with durable animal skin like buffalo skin. It was a pyramid shape. They used teepees because they were easy to break apart. So, therefore if they needed to move, they would be able to move within an hour. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Food - The tribe was known for their hunting skills. They were most known for their hunting of bison. They wore facepaint while hunting so they would blend in with the  outside. But, they also ate deer, elk, bear, and wild turkey. They ate vegtables and wild berries. When food was low, they would eat dried buffalo meat. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Clothing - The women of the tribe were responsible for making all of their clothing articles. Most items were sewn from tanned skins of deer and buffalo. Clothing was often decorated by paint, porcupine quills and beadwork. The men mostly wore breechcloths, fringed buckskin, or shirts with leggings. The women usually wear knee-length dresses with legginings. They always cover the leg up to the knee and are always covered with garters. The also wore buffalo robes for when it was cold outside. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Weapons - The weapons that the tribes used were bows and arrows, stone ball clubs, jaw bone clubs, hatchet axe, spears, lances, and knives. They used sheilds to protect themselves. They also rode on horses. The rifle was added to their weapons after a while when the tribe became more known and developed. </div>]]></description>
