There mission statement - Greenpeace’s goal is to ensure the ability of Earth to nurture life in all its diversity. Greenpeace stands for positive change through action to defend the natural world and promote peace. We investigate, expose and confront environmental abuse by governments and corporations around the world. We champion environmentally responsible and socially just solutions, including scientific and technological innovation.

It also shows their goals for their future.

Greenpeace have 2.8 million members worldwide.

Greenpeace’s opinion on sustainability is to stop using non-renewable resources and start using ones that can be renewed and don’t deplete at large speeds. 

Greenpeace is largely involved in stopping companies from using palm oil in products such as: lipstick, chocolate, shampoo, margarine and soap.

They have had a positive impact on the environment because they’re working towards saving. It does have a bad impact on some parts of society because they’re affecting company’s income and stopping products from being made.

The Greenpeace have taken action to protect all the krill that is captured and killed in Antarctica because it stops food chain as krill is at the bottom of the food chain in Antarctica. 

Greenpeace is a nonviolent organisation that confront global problems and force solutions to protect the environment.

The Greenpeace policies are to make positive change through action. This could be from investigating and exposing environmental abuse and lobbying governments. They hold their true core values of independence, internationalism and personal responsibility. 

They have a funding partnership with Greenpeace Environmental Trust with both fundraising and grant making. They also work with other Greenpeace organisations. 

The Impact of Greenpeace is they protect the atmosphere, oceans, ancient forest and biodiversity.
