Furthermore I watched some promotional videos witch had the same aim as my project and I got some tips and got a more better idea if what I need to do for my project. I also researched my targeted audience and how they go about experiencing Tv considering their disabilities, doing research I managed a way for me to tackle that problem. After lunch in the afternoon we went into the motion room with the whole class and people who work for the Essex local offer came and  told us what they stand for, what they do and how to communicate them and how they reach their target audience. We asked questions as well about the offer, I in particular asked if they have their own facility. Also today in the afternoon we got into a group of 5 and made a interview using a Teleprompter, unfortunately we didn't use a real one, we installed a app that was similar to that and we got a tutorial on how to use it, and how to write a script in the TelePrompTer. Using the TelePrompTer was a new experience for me, I've never used one however I would like to use a real one in the future. We made our interview about media and what it's all about, we all took turns in reading the scripts and recording the interview. We also did B-rolls at the end of our interview using a slider for the camera which was to help us with a certain camera angle, also it would make our video look smooth. I think I need some more help with the slider because it was my first time ever using it, also It was difficult to setup as well, however I would use the slider again in the future because it makes camera movement smooth. Today I learned the key elements that is used in a lot of media products like adverts. The key elements in a media product is a Narrative, Target audience, Style, Persuasive content and celebrities. As soon as we got together we immediately started looking for our location, and we managed to find 3 locations that is with the Essex local offer. Essex out doors, Leisure zone, and Accurto. The reason why we chose these 3 is because they all provide good services for SEND and they have a great facility, however we can only pick one of these locations. I personally think that the Essex out doors would be a good location cause it's a great facility and also it would be easier to gain access for filming there as well, and not to mention the fact that it's not far at all. After lunch we started to brain storm our ideas and wrote them down on paper, as we started to write our ideas we got a more clearer idea of what we need to do and we started to agree with each other more cause we had similar ideas, also we started talking about whose going to be having what job, for example I offered to take on the role of the narrator and director of the video, while Henry is the cameraman Gregg will be the editor. We started the lesson with playing a quiz on our iPad about editing software and the tolls that are used, after the quiz Dave went through the basics on how to use Adobe premier PRO  and how to drag and cut videos together. After Dave showing us the trials we had a go on our own on editing our own videos that we took in our groups, editing my groups footage was very difficult for me because the camera quality was already bad anyways, and at some scenes the camera wouldn't focus so it made some clips very blurry. Also this was my first time editing a whole video to myself which was difficult cause I've never used the software before, but it was something new to me and I did enjoy it for a little bit. In the future I would like to have more knowledge on editing so that I can make my own videos 

After lunch we went into the motion room and Dave taught us about cameras and how to adjust the quality if your in different locations for example if your outside, or in a dark place, we learned about stuff like what the ISO is, Aperture, shutter speed, and the F stop 5.6. We got into groups of at least 4 and had a go at taking photos of each other around the college in different locations like dark and outside, and as we did that we took down the photos information like the ISO, the shutter speed, the F stop and Aperture. Today we learned about soundtracks and how to make them with Dave, Dave taught us how to make music and sounds using the app GarageBand. I found it very exciting because I never used the app before and we got to try out instruments and make our beats, I found out that I was very creative with making beats and I actually really enjoy it, this lesson is really helpful because for my project I want to have a soundtrack in the background p to make the proposal video more interesting for my audience. Dave told us to make a promote this video using a soundtrack and a voice over (that we had a script for in our original project teams) Me, Gregg and Henry went to a quit room and used Greggs Lapel microphone to record our voices in our devices. After we finished recording we used adobe premier to edit. I found it a little bit complicated on how to download GarageBand sound into adobe but I learned and it was pretty easy. I was really engaged in editing this video because I was doing something like this for the first time and I found it more interesting cause I was learning new stuff as well and I think I've definitely improved on editing now. Early in the morning Clifford gave us both a time for us to go down and interview people in college who use SEND service. Me, Gregg, Henry and another group went down and had a interview with the people. We used Greg's phone to record he interview and I asked most of the questions and than Gregg, Henry asked some as well. Interviewing them was a bit nervous for me because I was worried maybe they didn't understand the question or what am trying to say however doing this interview was really good and we got good feedback and we got everything that we needed.

Doing this activity we learned on how to make our title move not only on image but on video. I found it very interesting because I got to learn about adobe effects for the first time and It has given me ideas on how to edit my project video to make it better. Learning how to make a title move on a video was a little bit frustrating, I was struggling with how to start the animation and went to stop the animation, however I managed to get use to it with the help of our teacher and managed to make the video with the title animate. We walked to the Essex out doors with our equipment which was a bit of a walk. We got to the place and happily they were expecting us. Unfortunately there was no events today therefore not a lot of staff was in and the building was empty. Even though that was a little bit of a disappointment we would still film some scenes. As a woman was showing us around she was going to get us equipment to try on as taking part of the activity is part of the project. We waited a long time and all of a sudden another worker and tells us that we are not allowed film at all. Even though they confirmed to us over the phone that we were allowed, turns out the manager who actually owns the place didn't know anything therefore we had to e-mail him to get permission.  We walked backed to the college very angry and disappointed. In the future to avoid this huge set back we need to make sure that the workers have told their managers. After lunch we went out shooting with our equipment which we got from Dave. We got a lapel mike, Camera DLSR with a tripod and a slider, also a clipper board. We didn't completely finish filming today. We only filmed only 3 beginning scenes. We filmed the entrance of the college, the reception and the O zone which went smoothly there was no stress and we managed to get a lot of B- roll footage. I also was allowed to participate in the sports which was very fun, over all everything went fine.
