Seed paper are one of the Penang Government activities which is they want to save the earth and go green so they use a recycle paper to make a seed paper. There are steps to do a seed paper.
i) Soak the paper for one whole night
ii) Blend the paper
iii) Strained the paper and press the paper until it became thin.
iv)Put a seed on the paper and press the paper using a roller to became more thin.
v) Dry the seed paper.
vi) Cut the seed paper into rectangle shape and put on the envelope.
