I think that Chinese culture is very different from the Indonesian culture, but then I have adapted and to follow both those cultures. 

I think i'm bicultural because I follow the Chinese culture, for example saving and spending my money wisely, and celebrating Chinese New Year every year.

I also follow the Indonesian culture, for example, I eat more Indonesian food than I eat Chinese food because my Chinese family has adapted to cooking Indonesian  food. I also wear batik, Indonesia's national clothes, and sometimes celebrate Indonesian national holidays.

Many employees are able to help patients to translate what they are saying, which helps the business very much, since they do not need to hire translators.

They also have more diverse social networks, they can socialise with more people because they have friends from their home culture and they also have friends from the country's culture. (They have a lot of connections)

They can also analyse problems with different perspectives

Because we can speak two languages fluently, we can communicate well to a lot of people and by communicating well with a lot of people, we can have a lot of friends with different cultures and make us have lots of connections. 

I also agree that we can look at problems in different perspective by our two different cultures and I can  help solve problems that most people, who are monocultural can. 

By being able to solve problems, this gives the company an advantage.
