         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br><br>The name of the video is How to stay calm when you know you'll be stressed | Daniel Levitin</div><div><br><br></div><div>The link to the video <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jPQjjsBbIc&amp;t=339s">is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jPQjjsBbIc&amp;t=339s</a>.</div><div><br></div><div>The name of the speaker is Daniel Joseph Levitin.</div><div><br></div><div>He is a neuroscientist, musician, author, and record producer who has published over 100 scientific studies and 300 non-scientific articles.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>In the video, he discusses himself and how he overcame the problem and provides advice on how to avoid the situation in the future. So that we don't become depressed quickly, he also emphasises that we are not at our best when stressed. He also claims that our brains have developed over thousands of years to release cortisol in stressful times, obstructing reasonable and logical thought but possibly aiding survival. He believes that there are techniques to prevent making critical errors when your thoughts become jumbled in stressful situations. He targeted the presentation to the studio audience and the general public who experience similar issues and are easily depressed when confronted with numerous challenges and stressors so that listeners could put the recommendations he provided into practice.</div><div><br></div><div>It's excellent advice to offer because I, too, struggle with forgetting and get easily irritated when something I want isn't present or missing. The most memorable aspect of his presentation was when he gave us advice on managing our stress by putting things in a specific spot. For example, the car key is kept in one portion of the bag so that we don't get mixed up, and the item is kept in a specific location. It impacts me because I have previously used these ideas, but I will be more cautious when keeping objects and placing them in a specific location after hearing this speech.</div><div><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

I can understand my own emotions because to make sure I am a happy person I need to get to know myself first. In addition, I have my own strategies built according to the abilities and shortcomings I have in myself to achieve my ambitions. I also came to understand my personality and temperament which I would not have noticed if I did. I also became a person who is more in love and love for myself.
