For example, this child is using an obstacle course to facilitate basic sequencing, direction following, gross motor coordination, and functional strength and endurance. I have met many people with Down Syndrome but I never really knew much about it. But now I have learned many things. For example, Down Syndrome comes with a lot of health conditions, each person with Down Syndrome has a slightly different variation of it, and there are 3 broader types of Down Syndrome. 

Down Syndrome, also known as Trisomy 21, affects every 1 in 600 to 700 babies. Down Syndrome is caused by an extra chromosome in the 21st pair. It can be detectable in the womb but some symptoms are upturned almond-shaped eyes, smaller hands, bigger head, and smaller ears. Before watching the video, I wasn't aware that there were 3 types of Down Syndrome.
