The 10-session course starts on October 2nd from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and includes three (3) group consultation sessions.

We’re kicking off the year with our first High School Hangout—a fun-filled half-day event packed with fitness and fellowship!

📅 Date: January 24, 2025 (Friday)
⏰ Time: 1:30PM - 5:00PM
📍 Venue: YoUr Calisthenics Ground at the POWER UP Rock Outdooor Center, 11th St., Bacolod City (at the back of St. John’s Institute)
🎒 What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and an extra shirt
💰 Fee: Php 300.00 per person
