1.What are renewable resource and what makes them renewable?
A renewable resource is a resource that you can replenish again. For example a tree is a renewable resource because you can plant the same one again. If you can reuse or remake it in a short amount of time it is renewable.

2.What are nonrenewable resources and what makes them nonrenewable?
Nonrenewable resources are resources that you cannot replace in a short amount of time. What makes them nonrenewable is that it cannot be replenished in a short amount of time.
3. What are responsible decisions concerning the conservation of renewable and nonrenewable resources?
To keep the Earth healthy you can reuse, reduce, and recycle to help our environment. You can also separate and classify all the items you recycle. This will help Identify recyclable and non-recyclable to help your recycling center.

1.What are adaptations? How do they help organisms survive?
Adaptations are the parts on an organism to help them survive. There are two types of adaptations: structural and behavioral. The structural is the structure of the animals body that is adapted to the environment. The behavioral adaptation is how the animal acts to adapt. These adaptations help the organisms survive by letting them use it in the ecosystem they live in.
2. What are some examples of plant and animal adaptations?
Some examples of plant and animal adaptations are: big ears, white coat in winter, long roots, and spiny needles.
3. How are some animals better suited to live on land than others? How are some organisms better adapted to live in water?
Some organisms are more adapted to land than water because they don't have gills to breathe in water. Compared to the aquatic animals, land animals function on land and are not adapted to water like aquatic animals because, for example a prairie animal would have certain adaptations that an aquatic animal does not have.

1. How can living organisms, such as humans, change their environment?
We can create big damage to our enviornment or we could help our environment. We depend on the environment to survive.
2. What happens to organisms if their environment changes? Can you think of good and bad changes?
When the environment changes organisms either die out or move to another environment where they can thrive. They can also adapt to their new ecosystem.
3.How might highways or bridges affect an environment and the organisms that live there?
I predict that building highways and bridges will destroy the animals habitat and can cause an overpopulation of organisms depending on what type of food web it is. It can also kills lots of animals.
