I noticed the way the sun hit the leaves and how it created shadows and once you get up close and personal it came out to be more than just a leaf. It is harder to find inspiration with just a field with the same looking sticks. But if you try to change the perspective, finding shadows it can turn into something more than just a field of brown sticks. An "a-ha" moment for me was when we were over by the trees and sun hit the trees juuust right. I also had an "a-ha" moment when i realized you cant take cool pics without going deeper so instead of just standing on the outside of all the trees, i figured out i had into and between all of the trees, branches and twigs to get all the good stuff, i was frustrated when i got into the open field of corn, i couldn't really focus and think of different ways to emphasize something so plain. I enjoyed being outside and just taking pictures even if im not that great at it.
