The cow looks like an unusual breed compared to milking cattle in SW Ontario.  Makes me wonder where in the world this photo might be taken.

The milk can looks small.

I don't think the men with the green and red jackets are farmers because they aren't dressed like farmers and they look very inexperienced. I think the guy with coveralls and a black coat is a farmer because he thinks the whole thing is funny and it is. He also is wearing boats. Obviously they let the cow kick the milk bucket with creamy  milk over and the guy with a red jacket is "trying" to hold the cow back. I think they are located on a stage because there is a large platform with steps in the scene.
