Mentoring is a continuous process of helping those who need assistance in their professional development and achieving their goals. Mentoring is all about supporting and guiding the ones who need assistance in any required field. A Mentee is an experienced individual whose learning benefits everyone involved. As per my experience a good mentorship is one where everyone is involved and assistance is provided through out the year. I make sure all the individuals are directly involved, including their feedback to polish my capabilities. I also ensure to keep a check on their actions to assess how well they have learnt.
