WEEK 6

In the 6th week, we met the son of the shop owner, Ammir bin Mohammad Anuar. He is also the manager of the restaurant. He helps his mother manage this restaurant and also manage the shop's finances such as the flow of money in and out. This Mawar restaurant is located in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan and is also close to UMK. Mawar Restaurant has two branches, one of which is located inside East Coast Hypermarket. This business has also been operating for over 10 years. The shop's opening hours are 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Among the main menus served is Chicken Rice and there are also other menus such as Penyet Chicken Rice, Curry Noodles, Penang Laksa and various hot dishes. Mr. Ammir has been managing finances by going to the bank 2 to 3 times a week to deposit sales money to facilitate payments to certain parties. In this way it is more effective because it can limit money out to things that are not important.

WEEK 7

In week 7, we had been discussing and making some analysis about what are the problems or what they lack in their business. From the information that we got from making an interview, we knew what their problem was and we know that Mawar Restaurant 's owner only have a basic financial knowledge. What they lack in doing this business is he does not know how to use better ways to manage their financial and he also only knows to manage his financial by manual. So, it takes a long time to record their financials daily, weekly and for monthly. After that, they also need to send their financial records to the other company, so that the other company like Kota Bharu tax can make better and systematic annual financial records and statements for a year to their company.

WEEK 8

In week 8, we continue to focus on what solution that we can give to our upcoming meeting with the owner of Mawar Restaurant. From the meeting that we made, we had given some ideas or solutions to his business especially solutions to manage their financials. The first solution that we give is that he can manage unexpected expenses. Which is he needs to make a list of their monthly expenses. Other than that, he also needs to make financial control which it can make the owner will easily know their out and in expenses. We also suggest that Sir Ammir can make a report via Excel apps that it will be easily to access from any gadget like phone, tablet and many more. So that, he do not need to send their financial to tax company to make a more systematic finances. From the idea that we give, we can see that Sir Ammir is very satisfied with our idea and he also said that he will try our idea to manage their finances.

WEEK 9

In the 9th week, we need to draft an extended abstract about our project anda we will create the best abstract possible based on the work we complate. The purpose for which we must prepare the abstract is too enable others to comprehend the nature of the project anda it's goal. The goal of the analysis is too provide a summary of the data in the padlet before creating an abstract anda poster out of it. Futhermore, we have sent the abstract assignment in advance to Dr. Ruzainifah to check the mistakes found in the abstract before making the poster presentation.

WEEK 10

In week 10, we talk and we we begini to sketch the advance poster and draft abstract presentation. The created poster needs to meet certain requirements as stated during the recording process. Our poster presentation about Restaurant Mawar, the subjects of our study. A presentation video that we produced was uploaded to the e-campus UMK website.
