A few ways humility can affect positively is by bringing awareness to our own experiences and by making us more mindful of other people's responses/feelings/emotions. In reference to the article, "humility has a positive effect on self-awareness". Humility does not make us better or worse than others, it puts us on the same level and makes us more receptable to errors and challenges that others may face.
