I thought chloe's session was clearly laid out. She explained exactly what she wanted the group to do demonstrating where their hands should be and foot placement.
2. Chloe could improve on progressing the drill to make it a little more challenging for the participants who got it within the first few minutes. She could also project her voice more.

I thought Chloe demonstrated the skill she wanted us to do very well so that the skill was then easy to do. She also explained the session very well

2. Chloe could have spoken a lot louder so that everybody in the class could hear her and she could have controlled the whole group a bit better meaning that she could have stopped people talking

I felt that Chloe's session went well as she used a clear voice to lead the session and used a variety of coaching point to help progress the skill. she also had a good demo of the skill being taught 
2. Chloe could have given more one to one feedback in the session as some people didn't grasp the skill after she explained it. During the session people where standing around so Chloe could have encourage people to practice the skill more in the session.

Chloe was very good at demonstrating would exactly we would be doing within the drill. Through each demonstration she was also able to explain very well what she was doing, and what we needed to do.
2. Chloe could have spoken louder and had a clearer voice because at some points I struggled to hear her. She could have also given people more feedback while they were doing this drill whether that would be 1 on 1 or as a group.
