         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, we should have a DNA database in the U.S., because <br>in just North Carolina alone, CODIS has been able to aid in 3,072 cases. In the entire country, CODIS has been able to assist in 332,776 investigations. If we have everyone DNA we wont have to worry as much about misidentification. 1 in 4 strangers eyewitness identifications are wrong.          <description><![CDATA[<div>No, we should not have a DNA database because when taking DNA from a crime scene, you could find blood from a person who has been there before the crime was committed and that be the only blood you find and then send an innocent person to jail, and laboratory contamination is a possible thing to happen when looking at people's DNA.
