I like your background. Your acknowledgement of what Pershing did in expanding the U.S. army exponentially is a great point. I would consider this his greatest accomplishment. Sure the expansion had it's mishaps, like supply problems for troops on the frontlines during actual combat, but for the most part what was done was nothing short of incredible. I think you also bring up a very good point in the relevance of this lesson for business owners. Entrepreneurs need to understand that if they wish to profit more, or if they want to pay their employees more, then often times expansion and growth is the key. However, expansion can be dangerous if done to quickly, or not approached with caution.
