<var>Hey there, I'm Crisem Mujeres, and 'm 20 years old and my birthday is on October 15, 2003. I love art and being bold. Being the oldest in a family of four with just one younger brother, I try to set a good example and help out where I can. </var>

Art is my thing—I paint, draw, and write. It's my way of expressing myself and showing what's in my head and heart. When I'm not doing that, I'm probably exploring new ways to create something beautiful.

I really enjoy spending time with colors and shapes, whether it's through sketching or experimenting with different painting styles. Writing also brings me joy; it lets me put my thoughts into words and create stories.

My bold side? Well, I'm not afraid to speak up or take on challenges. I like sharing my ideas and opinions with others and facing things head-on.

Overall, I'm just a person who loves art, writing, and being bold. I'm trying my best to be a good older sibling while exploring my creative side. It's all about expressing myself and growing along the way.

My biggest fear

<var>I'm afraid of worms or any insect that crawls and wiggles.</var>

but most of all-

I'm afraid of failure, When I think about failing, it makes me really scared. I worry a lot about not meeting expectations, and that can make me doubt myself. It's tough because I feel this pressure to do well, and the thought of letting myself or others down is really stressful.

Sometimes, this fear of failing makes me feel even worse. It can bring back strong emotions that are hard to handle. In the past, these feelings led me to hurt myself as a way to cope. I know it's not the right thing to do, but when I feel overwhelmed, it's hard to find another way to manage those emotions.

I'm trying to remind myself that it's okay to make mistakes. Everyone messes up sometimes, and that doesn't mean I'm a failure. Learning to handle setbacks without hurting myself is something I'm working on. It's not easy, but I know it's important for my well-being.

I've been talking to a therapist, and they're helping me find better ways to deal with these feelings. They've suggested trying mindfulness exercises and finding activities that help me relax. It's a work in progress, but I'm trying my best to take care of myself.

Having supportive people around me has been really helpful too. Talking to friends or family who understand what I'm going through helps me feel less alone. They encourage me and remind me that it's okay to ask for help.

I'm learning that success doesn't have to be perfect, and it's okay if things don't always go as planned. I'm taking small steps to manage my fear of failure and finding healthier ways to cope with tough feelings. It's tough, but I'm determined to keep working on it because my well-being is important.
