  • The head of the department should strong leadership.

  • Need to encourage learning, support new ideas and make sure the CDLIs has the right stuff for people to learn form

  • Being a good leader who helps everyone access on easily .

  • I honestly expect from HOD is being friend more the Teacher or HOD. who easily khow about the student problems .

Whatever policy is prepared should apply strictly. And the computers which we are using for practical classes to be maintained properly so that the classes will be run smoothly. And connection of internet sometime trouble us so i request to our HOD kindly fix it permanently.

    6. Understand the need of the department and always look for ways to improve

    7. Support the strategic goals of department through all of department's programming decisions.
