3. a. Student Success dives into the research, creates a set of recommendations, such as programs and teaching strategies that are research-supported. 
b. Principals are trained. 
c. Intensive PD in schools, led by principals at first, then evaluated through PLC.  *Creative approaches to enabling PD in-school is key (presentations, spirit activities, MASC artists in residence etc)
4. Unclear.
