<title>I honestly hope that he M.O.E will follow through with this initiative and equip schools with proper and adequate resources to enhance the teaching and learning process. I&#39;m looking forward to learning more in the upcoming sessions.</title>

<title>I had mixed views concerning the use of ICT in Student Assessment. Although there are many positive aspect like saving time, preparing for e-Testing and so on , there are many limitations. Essay type questions, the fact that the answers are case sensitive and lack of Teacher/student resources are a few worth mentioning. I will however use it in my classes for short answer and multiple choice questions.I know that e-Testing is approaching fast and furious but i have so many concerns with respect to this. How are graphs going to be plotted? What skills are they testing if it is drawn with the computer. What about diagrams? What about Mathematical equations? How are students going to prepare with lack of resources? I really hope that CXC will sort out all these teething problem.Nonetheless I plan to look at the sample e-Testing paper and start to prepare my students for the exam.</title>

<title>WOW! I feel so excited but yet overwhelmed after today&#39;s session. After reviewing the four key steps in student centered learning I felt that I was actually doing something correct with my classes. The only step that has been quite a challenge for me is the one that students should take ownership for their learning. At our school students are not very focused and we have to find creative ways to make them motivated to learn. My teaching strategies align with the 4 C&#39;s that are the key components of the 21st Century Teaching and Learning Skills. I currently use some ICT tools in curriculum delivery such as email and WhatsApp but i was so excited about creating a Virtual Learning Environment. I think it is a wonderful tool with limitless possibilities and I can definitely see it working positively. Can&#39;t wait to get started! </title>
