3. A steam explosion after the incident could have left a majority of Europe uninhabitable
4. Valery Legasov did NOT testify at the trial of the plant operators
5. The trial of the 3 men was dramatized to a great extent
6. This was answered to some extent: maybe the Soviet Union did not want to take responsibility/blame for this huge issue. There were also pure complacent and ego-filled decisions. 
-Did the Soviet Union fix the powerplants that were found troublesome after the trial?
-When there was an issue with Chernobyl found many years earlier, why was it not fixed?
