There were many tourists walking along the edge of the sea and taking photos. My sister and I built up sand castles as the image of their wild imagination. In this evening, we ate sea food, it’s so delicious. After that, we went to see dolphins performing circus in the swimming pool. It was the first time I had seen many dolphins. I love the beach so much, I hope I can go to Tuan Chau island again. It was an interesting trip I can't forget.

My grandmother had a Jasmin tree. Every day she toke care it carefully. One day, I was sick, I’m so tired and coughed so much, the last I was cry all day. She hugged and told me: “Don’t be scared, it was fine”. After that, she mixed some Jasmin’ flowers, honey and some kumquat fruits for me to suck. Day by day, I was fine and coughed less. Now, she was gone but instead that, I will take care my grandmother’s friend – it’s Jasmin tree.

Sometime, we stole fruit from our neighbors at the midday when everybody tap a nap or at the evening when we played on the alley. All of us were very happy about that and enjoyed that fruits delicious.

One Sunday afternoon, when I was around eleven years old, after lunchtime, my little cousin and I asked our aunt to take us to Trang Tien Plaza on Hai Ba Trung Street since our parents did not allow us to go by ourselves. My aunt agreed right away, which had never happened before. We eagerly got on my aunt’s motorbike and took off. But when we reached our destination, my aunt dropped us off, told us to behave, and went away to hang out with her friends. Being left alone, unsupervised, and this was also the first time we two kids had been in a shopping mall, we went on a spree of running and messing around. Then we decided to get in the elevator to visit the upper floors and when we tried to push through people getting out, my cousin let go of my hand so I didn’t make it inside the lift and got separated from him. I got panicked, crying, and asking around if anyone had seen him. Suddenly, there was a voice from the mall’s loudspeaker saying a child was looking for his sister so I came running to the information desk. The moment I saw him, I yelled out his name. We hugged and cried a lot then we ended our mishap by waiting quietly together to be picked up by our aunt.
When our aunt heard what happened, she told us to keep it a secret and not to tell our parents, though we both did and our parents never let us wander around with her ever again. I had cough and got a fever, so my dad took me the village doctor and then we took some medicines. My friend came and played with me but I blamed my sickness on her and I shouted with a loud voice on her face and I regretted immediately but that was too embarrassing to say sorry to her. Not long after that, she and her family moved in The South ,we still stay in touch with each other but I keep my apologies until when I went to study abroad. In that time, I grew up and I had to take care of myself, I realized that how bad I was with my friend. I was deeply regretful about what I did. Then, when I came back to Vietnam I did apologize to my friend and immediately she replied, “It’s okay. I was acting a little crazy too.”. I had a best friend since 3rd grade. Her name is Thao. We shared so many interests like book, fashion, movies, art. I often had a sleepover at her house. I would like riding bicycle with her around the village after school. She is still my best friend till now.

My childhood was my grandmother. She was warm-hearted. She told many fairy tales to me. She was died many years ago. Sometimes, I dream about her. I wish, I could meet and hug her one more time. 

I always feel happy when remember my childhood.
