Hearing- </em></strong>Someone rightly said, "Hearing is through ears, but listening is through the mind." The two activities involve the use of ears, but they are different. The hearing is nothing but a sense that helps you receive sound waves and noise by ears. On the contrary, listening is when you receive the sound waves and understand it by paying full attention to the words and sentences of the speaker. <br> <strong><em>Conflict Resolution </em></strong></div><ul><li>Much unnecessary conflict can be avoided simply with clear, accurate written and verbal communication. </li><li>Emotional Intelligence</li><li>Most people also lack emotional intelligence which is good for identifying and meeting the needs of others while taking responsibility for their own needs and feelings. </li><li>Empathy </li><li>The ability to see a situation from someone else's viewpoint, and to understand their needs, motivations, and possible misunderstandings, is critical to effective conflict management. </li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong><em>Rights and Responsibilities-</em></strong><ul><li>The general consumer rights are<ul><li>right to safety: protection from hazardous goods.</li><li>Right to be informed: availability of information required for weighing alternatives. </li><li>Right to choose: availability of competing goods and services that offer alternatives in terms of price, quality, service.</li><li> Right to be heard: assurance that government will take full cognizance of the concerns of consumers, and will act with sympathy and dispatch through statutes and simple and expeditious administrative procedures.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li><strong><em>Credit- There are two types of credit which includes </em></strong><ul><li><strong><em>cash credit which lets you borrow money. You can get cash credit from a bank, an insurance company, some retailers, and from credit card companies.</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>Sales Credits lets you buy things. You can get sales credit from businesses, such as stores that want you to buy their merchandise </em></strong></li></ul></li><li><strong><em>Savings- </em></strong>the money one has saved, especially through a bank or official scheme.</li><li><strong><em>Money Management- Having a budget of monthly expenses will help a person manage money</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>Insurance- </em></strong>a practice or arrangement by which a company or government agency provides a guarantee of compensation for specified loss, damage, illness, or death in return for payment of a premium.</li><li><strong><em>Taxes- Money we pay the government. Eating the right foods can help your body cope more successfully with an ongoing illness. <br><br>A healthy diet includes a lot of natural foods. A sizeable portion of a healthy diet should consist of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and dairy that is non-fat or low-fat.
