I want to especially acknowledge the incredible educators who have made Clara’s experience smooth and memorable. With patience and genuine warmth, you have helped Clara feel secure and valued from day one. Clara’s constant enthusiasm for going to school—even on days when missing it makes her upset—speaks volumes about the positive impact this nurturing environment has had on her.

Thank you, Binnowee, for 90 years of dedication to fostering growth, happiness, and curiosity in our little ones. May the next 90 years be filled with even more laughter, learning, and love!

My favourite memory was when I took my three guinea pigs: Dumpling 🥟 , Cookie 🍪 and Mini in for show and tell for a day.

I loved reading, climbing, sliding, cooking and playdoh. My preschool teachers were great and very kind and caring.

Now I am in Year 6 and going to graduate from primary school at the end of this year.

Mum and Dad loved the Christmas concerts and Bring your Mum and Dad to preschool mornings.

Wow—90 years of spreading love, joy, and all the beautiful vibes! May this place continue to fill tiny hearts with laughter, sprinkle giggles everywhere, and inspire endless imagination for generations to come.

I feel very grateful to have worked as a teacher in this genuinely caring and nurturing educational environment for many years prior to my retirement in 2023.

Binnowee has a rich heritage of professional, insightful and dedicated educators who clearly value children and who show great respect for the different ways children learn.

Our own two children also benefited from this in their formative years during their time at Binnowee.

There is something quite unique about the connections made with families in the local community through a place like Binnowee.

It has been a privilege to be part of such a wonderful community!

Happy Birthday Binnowee, here’s to another 90 years! 🎉

Aside from the people at Binnowee, the chickens are my favourite part of each Binnowee day. They greet us with different sounding clucks depending on their mood, the weather and goodness only knows.

I hope to have many many more happy years at Binnowee and it was so lovely to catch up with so many Binnowee people - past and present at the big birthday event last weekend.

I remember helping out on many excursions but one the children always enjoyed was (almost just across the road) to the Forestry Property.  So much to explore, see, touch and learn. 

Congratulations to all the Binnowee community. May it continue.
