Jeetu is on the rooftop with Jaya.

"You women are gluttons for satisfaction.... that's the bare fact of it. You cry when you don't get it... And when you do, you cry it's not often enough."

This speaks to Jeetu's character and how he reacts when Jaya expresses that she feels unsatisfied in some departments while she also mentions that she feels satisfied in others. Although her comment included both, Jeetu focused on the latter and criticised her for the way that "women" are. This blatant generalisation shows how he views women, calling them "Gluttons for satisfaction."

"And you, my mother? I hear your love for me has been bought for the price of a flush toilet?"

Capitalism > Human-relationships
The rhetorical questioning from Jeetu is used to highlight how the mother-son relationship is severed and uncaring. After coming back from knocking on death's door, his mother is trying to get rid of him to keep the "cleanliness" of the house, ultimately trying to keep Ginni happy. Jeetu is reacting to the his own mother abandoning him to retain the given luxuries and necessities by Interplanta services.

Jeetu has come back and been granted the ability to see after his eyes have been removed. He sees Ginni and falls in love with the way she looks.

"I saw all of her, you know! Standing there wearing almost nothing! And she kept moving, like this, like that wah! I could have had her, right there and then!"

The way Jeetu behaves is representative of his greedy personality. Jeetu craves instant gratification, and seeing Ginni made him realize that is what he wants, allowing him to forget everything he had just lost. Jeetu is short-term oriented and his sexualization of Ginni made him lose sight (literally?) of his future and rationality. Upon seeing her he was readily available to her in any way, shape, and form. He was willing to give her the rest of his body without a second thought. This scene explores just how much Jeetu needs his instant gratification and the lengths he is willing to go to, to get it.
