This forms a small quantitative element to a largely qualitative action research approach. The survey will be completed pre intervention (based on experiences of PE in the last year) and once again after the intervention centred on experiences within the lifestyle sports unit.

I have also presented this to secondary (11-18 years) physical education teachers and tested on a group 23 pupils (age 13-14 years). Feedback from these has been positive in terms of usability and usefulness.
