Vendors: You may begin setting up on Sunday morning April 27^th from 9am-11:45.

Booth setups: Must be completed by 11:45am for the event begins at 12pm. There is No Breakdown of any booth before 5pm as the event will be blocked until then.

Check-in: Will be located in Parking lot #2. Here you will receive your final paid invoice and be directed to your space. After checking in and unloading your merchandise, we ask that you promptly park in Parking lot #1.

Raffle items: Please take them to either the check-in table or to the raffle table where someone will place them next to the bag that has your booth number.

Assistance Loading and Unloading: We are short on volunteers; we ask that you are patient with us and be prepared to move your own merchandise.

Reminder: Tables/Chairs/Tent/Generators are not provided by the DHJ Eagles PTO and are the responsibility of each vendor.

Note: If you are driving North on Decatur Ave and turn left at Maydell the parking lots will go in order from 1-3. We will have signs posted to direct traffic.
