Answer by Nicole: The biggest problem are the barriers in people’s mind. A lot of people aren’t sufficient openminded to go new ways and to transform anything. There are big fears that for example people with disabilities aren’t able to do there work as an employee. People aren’t used to have contact and to live with people with disabilities.
