1. The last time I had to make a decision was a week ago. One of my close friends wanted to hang out but I didn't really want to (kinda mean but I'm lazy and just wanted to stay home). So I agreed to meet up but then made an excuse not to.

2.what helped me make that decision was my mom. First I asked her if I could go outside and hang out with a friend and she agreed. Then I said that I didn't actually want to go and she said to do what I think is best for me and helped me come up with an excuse. Usually I don't ask other people for help on really anything expect sometimes when I have a bad feeling and need to hear someone else's opinion on the matter and then think a little bit on how I can make my choice so the situation will be solved as quietly and as smart as possible.

3. I do regret it. The minute I sent the text saying I couldn't go I felt bad, and I guess guilty too. I tried to convince myself that it's ok and the next time I'll differently go. I could tell they were upset but tried to make it seem like they were ok and everything was cool. And I'm pretty sure that they respect me less / have less trust in me.

diffently not doing that again because I made someone I care about feel bad because they really wanted to hang out. Promise I'll be a better friend to them and make it up to them (somehow).

Last time I did a decision I had to choose between guiding or be charge on the administration in a Mashatzim, So I went through screenings and will see when and if I will be accepted.

I asked friends that went through the tests to help me and tell me what’s going in the tests,I made the choice cause I what to guide and it’s dream of mine

I don’t regret because we can learn from any experience and the test will help me to develop and be better version my self

1. The last time i had to make a decision was two weeks ago. I had to decide whether to continue to be in a voice development class that i really like, but following the period problems and difficulties arose that made me decide to take a break. I could have chosen differently and continued with the difficulties but in my opinion i made the right choice.

2. What helped me make the decision was my parents.
In general i try to make decisions with the help of gut feelings, opinions of others, my parents and even make a table of pros and cons in everything.

3. I do not regret however i agree with my decision. I think everyone who makes decisions in their own life should take responsibility for them.

1. The last time I had to make an important decision was six years ago. The things I had to choose between were either continuing in my swimming class or retiring after three yaers of swimming. The choice I made was to retire after three years.

2. I dont know what helped me make the decision, maybe it was because I thought it was already getting boring to do the same thing every lasson.

3. I regret thw choice I made because I could have invested in it and I would have come up with somthing good in the future but even this choice made me interested in other things and that's good:).

1. The last time I had to make a decision was a day ago it was when my brother asked me if I wanted some pizza and I was really hungry but I'm allergic to milk so I chose not to eat the pizza.
2.What helped me make that decision was my allergy to milk because if I ate the pizza my face was going to be full of acne.
3. I regret it a little bit because I really do love eating pizza but I'm happy I didn't ate it because it is bad for my skin.

1. The last time I had to make a decision was almost a year ago I had to choose which class I would be in high school, what helped me choose was my friends and parents and in the end also what I connected with more.

2. What helps me make the decision in the end are the opinions of friends and people who know me and tell me what they think is best for me to choose.

3.I think the choices I make do affect my future for example like the class I chose, but I do not regret it because I think it is much better for me than the second option

1. The last time I had to make a pretty important decision for myself was 5 years ago, when I decided to retire from tennis. At that time I could not combine tennis with my studies, so to concentrate on my studies my decision was to retire from tennis.

2. I do not remember what helped me make the decision but I do remember that studies were of greater importance to me and my future.

3. that I'm thinking about it now, I really regret my decision, if I could go back in time to change it then I would change it, it's quite affecting me now because I know I'm really good at it and I could develop my skills more and most importantly do something I love, but in life we have to take responsibility for decisions for better or worse.

1. I think that my decision to Live a healthy lifestyle and all the decisions that come after live. For example go to waking or go out with friends or it sank or something healthier.
