Through a needs assessment, it was determined that fourth grade girls would be a great group to start with. Stage 1:  We will get acquainted, establish rules, state objectives and build trust.  
Stage 2:  We will work together to accomplish individual goals.  
Stage 3:  We will share how we supported or encouraged another girl, share diversity experiences, share how we showed or experienced empathy, share goals of how we will empower others.  I will praise girls for their efforts.
