         <description><![CDATA[<div>The teacher in my level 3 eliminated the cellphone use in his class by making a phone “parking lot” where he had power strips with android and iPhone chargers as well as laptop chargers so students would voluntarily leave their phones and would charge their laptops so they wouldn’t have an excuse not to do work. He also is the first teacher in the school to use electronic hall passes that are linked by QR codes and tardy and passes that automatically email the parents when they are tardy </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bring in student ideas on to how you run your classroom and how students interact, as this will make them feel more included and invested in their own learning. I have seen this integrated in field experiences before, and it has always been effective for improving student teacher relationships and student self-efficacy. </div>]]></description>

As a French teacher who had the same students for four years in a row, I changed the classroom decorations and seating arrangement every quarter for interest and &quot;excitement&quot;. Students would look forward to the newness.</title>
