I especially like the idea of always doing random grouping in every class, not only sometimes, so that it becomes normal to have a change. Also, getting students to stand up and work on boards and allowing only 1 pen to be used in group work to encourage everyone to contribute and genuinely collaborate for the activity. And verbal instructions above written instructions - maybe written instructions later for students who struggle.
