         <description><![CDATA[<div>All of these are easily applicable and very helpful to encourage thinking - thank you for sharing these. I especially like the idea of always doing random grouping in every class, not only sometimes, so that it becomes normal to have a change. Also, getting students to stand up and work on boards and allowing only 1 pen to be used in group work to encourage everyone to contribute and genuinely collaborate for the activity. And verbal instructions above written instructions - maybe written instructions later for students who struggle. Will definitely start trying some of these for the first time and some of these more regularly in my classroom :) </div>]]></description>
