Payday loans have extremely high fees, "there's a risk of falling into a long cycle of debt," (Ch. 4, pg. 3). I did not choose personal loans because there is a fixed interest rate with a fixed repayment period (Ch.4, pg. 3). They also check your credit and affects your credit score.
