That means bringing together unique perspectives, skills and experiences, and breaking away from thinking of work as belonging to one function or another. Making the space to do things differently.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>That’s what it means to work as One LEGO Team.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What team did you engage with?</strong></p><p>Representatives from the Agile Coaches.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What were you trying to achieve together?</strong></p><p>Together we're trying to integrate and raise awareness about playful working in the sessions and workshops that Agile coaches facilitate.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What activities did you do together?</strong></p><p>We did two brainstorming sessions, identifying opportunities and low-hanging fruits. Still more sesssions to come.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What was the outcome of the collaboration and what did you learn from it? </strong></p><p>Not finalized yet but we're moving ahead with ideas on how we can connect play and playful working with the work that Agile coaches already do.  </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What team did you engage with?</strong></p><p>The L&amp;D team that is devleoping the Capability Builder.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What were you trying to achieve together?</strong></p><p>Stronger links to play and play characteristics in the content of the different Capability Builder modules.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What activities did you do together?</strong></p><p>I'm acting as SME (subject-matter-expert) for the L&amp;D team with a specific lens on LTP, which mean I review the content and mark up where there is an opportunity to connect the content with LTP.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What was the outcome of the collaboration and what did you learn from it?</strong></p><p>The Capability Builder is a big program with much content so in this case it's a matter of calling out LTP and creating the link back to LTP where it makes sense.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What team did you engage with?</strong></p><p>L&amp;D team that is developing Foundation Builder.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What were you trying to achieve together?</strong></p><p>LTP introduction to newly hired people leaders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What activities did you do together?</strong></p><p>I create a 60 min module that is to be implemented as part of the Foundation Builder.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What was the outcome of the collaboration and what did you learn from it?</strong></p><p>I learned that if we don't do it, there is a risk LTP doesn't get elevated, in this case, into people leader onboarding. At least not in a structured way.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>What team did you engage with?</strong></p><p>L&amp;D team that created the L&amp;D toolkit (for all professionals at TLG that are creating learning content)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What were you trying to achieve together?</strong></p><p>Guidance on how to integrate LTP into learning experiences within TLG.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What activities did you do together?</strong></p><p>Co-creation on content for the L&amp;D toolkit.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What was the outcome of the collaboration and what did you learn from it?</strong></p><p>The outcome was some new pages with information about LTP, links to LTP resources and a design template that helps colleagues integrate more LTP into learning content. I learned that we (EPE team) has anm important role when it comes to integrating LTP in L&amp;D.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>PERNILLE</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What team did you engage with? </strong></p><p>A team of 5 from Save the Children DK plus our 2 LEGO lead volunteers.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What were you trying to achieve together?</strong>Evaluate our 2023 partnership and brainstorm on a potential 2024 partnership</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What activities did you do together? </strong></p><p>4-hour meeting. Started by aligning expectations for the day through a playful activity. Leading brainstorm session with sailboat-theme on the wall. Finishing off by all writing postcards from the future to each other looking back at our partnership in 2024. Bringing in 2 other colleagues during the day for short input-session on agile working and child involvement.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What was the outcome of the collaboration and what did you learn from it?</strong></p><p>A lot of good energy on the partnership. Bringing new ways of working into our collaboration. A lot of inputs and ideas for Save the Children to work on the final proposal for our partnership in 2024.</p><p>I learned that it takes time to plan ltp in a meeting in a meaningful way - but the time spend on this is a good investment.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
