For example: What are the things we want to prioritize universally across the district -- e.g. everyone has access in walking distance at their school? And what are the things we want to prioritize at the district level in a magnet or tiered manner (or something else)? If there is greater demand for something than we currently have on offer, how can we equitably expand it?
