He was able to transform his failing and disrespectful students into high achieving respectful kids. I really enjoyed this movie. The storyline reminded me a lot of the other movie we watched for this class titled, “Beyond the Blackboard.” I admired the tactics that Mr. Clark used to gain his students’ attention. I felt that the teacher was able to keep his students engaged and excited in his class. This movie taught the important lesson that all students need an advocate who will push them to success. Good teachers can make such a big impact in so many peoples’ lives. Overall, I really loved this movie and I plan to to be just exciting as a teacher as Mr. Clark was in this movie!
