The Shadow was voldemort because he was on Professer Quirrell head hiding under his hat. Another way that he is the shadow is he was telling Professer Quirrel to do bad stuff.

The Mentor was Hagrid because he walked Harry through the Hero's Journey. Another way he is a mentor is he was taking care of Harry at the start of the movie.

The Threshold Guardian is Uncle Vernon because he kept burning and throwing away Harry's letters from Hogwarts. He also moved Harry and his family

The Shape shifter was Professer Gonangol because she could transform into a grayy and black cat.

The Ally was Hermione and Ron because they staid by him through the hard and goods times.

The Herold was Hagrid because he was with Harry, Ron, and Hermione almost every scene.

Harry wakes up in the school's hospital and seeing Professer Dumbledore. Harry starts to talk about what happened before he past out to Professer Dumbledore.
