The most interesting thing based on that video, I have seen that the students are engaged with the material given by the teacher especially when they are excited in terms of doing some activities.

I can see from the second video that teacher gives the children the freedom to play, but with rules. For example, Wilbert can still play, but only for 1 minute. The character being taught is discipline.
