It is when I was in elementary school. It was the first time when I had my period. I was scared to death because of the blood that kept coming out. During break, I immediately ran to the toilet which wasn't close to my class. The blood that seeped up to my skirt scared me. Unfortunately, it happened when I was alone. When my body was still shaking, I hurriedly put tissues in my pants. At the end, the dirty skirt that I wore covered with my jacket. When I got back to class, I didn't tell anyone about it. When I returned home, I told my mother and she calmed me down. I'm laughing so hard when she said, "You're a teenager now, girl."
This story is relatable for girls but I'm really thrilled because of this (;-;) .

life

When I was about 5 years old. I went with my mom and brother to Dufan . Dufan , which is located in Ancol , is one of the most popular amusement park in Indonesia. There are many rides which are interesting and thrilling . Because I was young at that time and I was not sufficiently tall. So, I only played in rides which were specifically meant for children. My brother was playing on the Hysteria ride where my mother was waiting for him to play. Tired of waiting for him, I went out on my own without my mother knowing. My mother , who was watching my brother at that time , didn't realize that I was gone missing.
Without realizing it, evidently I had walked quite far from the ride where my mother was.
I was frightened and started crying which attracted the people around me. Then , a security who worked in Dufan , brought me to the information centre . The information centre , where I waited my mother there , announced that there was a boy name David who lost his mother. My mother, who realized that she lost me, started looking for me. Then , my mother heard an announcement from information center about me. Finally , my mother came to the information center and pick me up.

<< The End >>

As a spoiled child I was, I kept asking my mom for more toys and hence the toys I had started to pile up filling up the whole hallway of the house which my father contracted recently. Now everything was fine at first, until I tried to reorganize and clean my toys and realized that all the toys which my mom bought for me were drenched in tons of horrendous rat 🤬. Now, how did I not know this situation? I do not know but I 100 percent knew that the rats which were taking dumps on my toys were a lot. And when the hallway where I piled all my dirty toys in were reorganized we weirdly didn't find any rats until an old bag which my father took hold of moved in the most inconvenient time. the bag moved when we were in my father's room. Now my father, curious, decided to open the bag and there in his room, where the ambience grew tense, a disgusting looking mouse jumped out and screeched it's lungs out. Screaming in my father's room, where I was in, I decided to book out and hid in the hallways. My father, who was a third degree black belt in taekwondo, decided to take his baton and smashed the mouse into pieces while it was running around our bed and in it's last breath, which was pretty sad by the way, that ratatouille looking creature bit my dad's thumb until it bled.
Standing in the hallway, where I stood paralyzed, I payed my respects to the rat and called it 'ratatouille, the brave'. It's a frightening experience for me but a memorable experience to tell my friends and family.
;)

If I had to go on stage and talk about the most frightening experience in my life, it wouldn't be about how I was scared to watch a horror movie, or how I'm scared of holes or even how I lost my turtle. But instead, I would probably talk about the time when I saw my grandma in a hospital bed. Some people tell me "that isn't scary, it's just someone in a hospital bed." no it's not. Try imagining, your loved one, sick, in a hospital bed. It was around 1 or 2 months ago when it happened. I went to Bandung when my mom was gonna look after my grandma. My mom, who was packing up for when we go to Bandung, got a call from my aunt. My aunt said my grandma isn't well, and that my mom needed to go to Bandung as soon as possible. My parents panicked and they immediately left the house, leaving me and my sister behind in the house. My parents, who stayed in Bandung for 4 days, said my grandma was now stable and that I could come to see her. Me and my sister, who still had school, went to Bandung a day later with my cousin's driver. When we arrived, I and my sister went to the hospital, with hazmat suits and everything to keep us safe. And when we went into the room I saw my grandma, who was 81 years old, on the hospital bed. And I got scared, I couldn't see her like that. I know well that she didn't have much time but I didn't wanna lose her. I was so scared, scared to lose my grandma, who was very caring and loving. I went over to my mom and asked what's wrong, my mom said she was gonna be okay but I know she was unsure. We stayed in Bandung for a few more days, and every day we prayed for our grandma, But as everyone says, all things must come to an end. My grandma passed in the hospital bed, on the 16th of July, at 9.45 am. We went to Malang the exact same day, where my grandma wanted to be cremated. My grandma's house, that's being taken care of 2 maids, felt like home. When we arrived with the ambulance, everyone cried, it was a sad day for all of us. Then for a week, I stayed in Malang to help with the funeral.

I met my 'oma de', who was my grandma's older sibling, and we talked about memories. Now, as some may think, this isn't scary, at all. Some people might even say that "it's a normal thing.". Yes, I know it's a normal occurrence, I know everyone has their time, but how can you not be sad when someone you love and someone who took care of you passed? There's not a day where I don't think about my grandma. Do I miss her? that's a dumb question, of course I do. But so does my mom and my other family members, and now I'm slowly trying to move on from this loss. Thank you for listening to my ted talk, yours truly, Jolinda.

In 2015, when I was 9 years old, my family and I went to Thailand.. The hotel where I stayed is a hotel with high rate. At night, when we all want to go to sleep, I watched tv with my sister. Suddenly, My cousin who is in the other room screamed and said that the sink is opened by itself. We called a man who is the receptionist to check my cousin's room. But, when he checked there was nothing. Finally we all went to sleep. At night, the room door which my parents stayed is opened by itself. 5 minutes later, the alarm which is located in the hotel hall rings. All the people who stayed in this hotel panic and evacuate themself. The next morning my family and I decided to move onto another hotel. My uncle, who works in Thailand picked us up to his apartment. He told us that the hotel where we stayed is known well because not long ago someone died there.

At my parents anniversary we went to SMS mall, which is near my house, to celebrate their anniversary. We ate at Solaria, where it served great food . My brother ,whom was still 5 years old, wanted to go to the toilet which is kinda far from Solaria . Me and my family is still eating so he went by himself. It has been 10 minutes since he went to the toilet. Me and my family started to worry and search for him but we could’t find him because the mall where we went to was too big. Then I saw him with a guy who has a creepy face. The guy gave him a colourful balloon then he started to persuade my brother to go to the basement which was very dark. I started to run after them as fast as I can. I
I almost lost them because I was not running fast enought. I yelled “ Stop! Who are you?” to the man who was with my brother. When I saw his shirt, I just realized that he was the security of the mall and it was all just a misunderstanding. I said thankyou to the guy who was wearing the security uniform. I told my brother to be more careful if we are in places where its full of people because people who we don’t know can do dangerous things, which we surely don’t want.

Well once upon a time in a not so long ago was basically a normal day for the occasion. I was in Karimunjawa ,it's a small archipelago where you can swim with manta rays, sharks, and dolphins. Also there is a sea turtle sanctuary .

Ok now stop promoting and let's begin the story, it started like any other island vacation where you rented a boat then had fun for the rest of the day. When we rented a boat it was a little bit sketchy. It is a bit like a fisherman boat but a tourist boat also. By renting the boat obviously it comes with a captain who has a very nice and positive attitude,it's kinda creepy. So one day like any other day we went snorkeling it was supposed to be a dive but the seabed was only about five meters and there's a lot of coral reefs so we went snorkeling instead, later i know that was a bad idea. Because it was only thirty minutes of snorkeling time, I didn't wear any protective clothing like a simple wetsuit so it was like swimming in nice and calm waters. So I was swimming and seeing the coral reefs where i took a dive then when i goes back up in ended up on the bottom of the boat and it was moving and i was behind the propeller so i kept swimming and panicking until the propeller eventually stopt it was for about 30 second keep continuously swimming with a propeller sucking all the waters until it stopped so i went to the deck and caught up abit of seawater and my nose and lungs felt burning for the rest of the day probably because of the salt. So That was my terrifying and exciting story about a holiday also by the way I swam with sharks the next day so yeah there's that.

It was about 2 or 3 years ago, when I was traveling to Java. The most frightening moment happend near Mt Arjuno, which is located between Mojokerto and Batu. I didn't want to take the route because Waze didn't recommend doing it, which was usually very dangerous. But my father insisted. I wanted to take the N-24, which was the route between Mojokerto and Cangkringmalang. I, who was forced to change the routes, became happier and happier. We drove for a few minutes, until I saw something weird on the map, which was a very wierd turn. It was a 180- degree turn! At first, I thought it was not too steep, which wasn't true, because it turned out to be the steepest turny road I've ever seen! It was so scary that i immediately recorded it on my GoPro. After I made the turn, my father immediately regretted his choice to go through this road, which I directly clapped, because of his choice. Anyways, we arrived at Batu, which was very beautiful, safely.

https://www.google.com/maps/@-7.7062006,112.5251601,46m/data=!3m1!1e3 this was the location where it happened.

When I was in 6th grade I was told that I was not going to graduate. It happened in BPK Penabur Gading Serpong, which is a Christian school, where it happened. The teachers who were talking to me at the time said that I will not be graduating and need to attend 6th grade again. I was pretty bumped out after the fact that my teachers had just said that. And keep in mind in the time I was still 11 years old. So I worked hard for my grades. Clavius, where I spent most of my time studying, said I need to take a break from studying and relax. The time for the national tests, which were the 6th of may, has been set. I, who was still panicking about not graduating, did the test. When the results of the test has been processed, which took 2 months to do, I got pretty good scores and went to graduate to 7th grade. The teachers who said that I will not be graduating was impressed by me.

It was 2 years ago when my family and I went on a vacation to Labuan Bajo. We visited Komodo Island, which is known for their komodos. My dad and sister, who are both nature lovers, had a great time. Meanwhile my mom and I, who aren't into nature, suffered from anxiety. We went to the forest where the komodos usually roam. On our way back to the shore, I met a cobra. I was like having a staring contest with it. It scared me to death and I couldn’t even move a single muscle. The tour guide, who was right beside me, acted like nothing happened. There’s another story, but it isn’t as scary as the previous one. It was in the bathroom which I often use. I was about to take a shower and suddenly I felt something ticklish on my toe. It was a gigantic millipede. I tried to get it off and yelled for help. My dad, who was in the living room, came and killed that creature. It was disgusting. Until today, I still remember which part of my toe it crawled on and how it felt like. Good thing my parents blocked the tiny holes where it usually comes from. And yes, I hate insects and reptiles, except sea turtles. I never experienced anything scary and this is all that I could share.

The most frightening experience of my life happened about 5 years ago, when I was 9 years old. Let me tell you my story. This happened when I was 9 years old. My mom and dad, who went somewhere, left me and my brother alone in my house.
It was night time. Me and my brother were playing video games in a room where we always play games. We played a game which we enjoyed very much. We were having fun, when suddenly we heard some noises, which were unpleasant. The noises are familiar, which were like a man snoring and a snake hissing So we rushed down stairs to see what was making the noises. Then we checked the warehouse, where the noises were coming from. Even though we ran far from the warehouse, the noises are still loud and clear. We then knew it wasn't a normal snake hissing and a snoring noise, which was what we expected from the beginning. So we grab our house keys, rushed to the front door and decided to leave the house until our parents came back, which was the best option we had. When we opened the front door, we saw our parent's car, which was very relieving. We told them what happened, but when they got home, the noises were gone.
This is the most frightening experience of my life.

Everyone has their own certain moments when they felt very frightened, and so do i. It all started when my family went to Bali, which is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Indonesia. I was just in the third grade of elementary school when we went there. And we got to ride the banana boat which is a large banana-shaped boat, that will be pulled by a speed boat to the middle of the sea and circling around the beach. I thought it will be very fun, so I begged my mom who is considering whether I could play it or not at that time. My mom said no at first, but then she changed her mind.
So me and my parents get on the banana boat and then the speed boat starts to pull it. It was very fun, and I was enjoying it very much until the speed boat made a really quick movement that made the banana boat flip over. They did it on purpose. And I didn’t know that it is part of the ride.

I was very scared once I looked down. It is very deep and dark, and I can’t see the bottom. I was afraid of a creepy-looking sea animal that could suddenly pop out of down there. I quickly grabbed my father’s hand who seems to enjoy the ride. My mom asked me if I want to play another water sport or not, and obviously I said no. I don’t want to do something that I hate. And that is the day when I started to dislike the ocean.

The next day, me and my family are going on a cable car , which makes me scared because i was scared of heights. I was in the car with my parents and cousin. The ride was really far which took a long time. Then in the middle of the ride, the car stopped that make me terrified because we were really high. Not long after, the car moved again that made me not scared anymore. When it reached the end, I was not terrified again because its not in a high place again.

The Most Frightening Experience of My Life
This happens when I was 5th Grade in my school. One day, my boy classmate who sit next to me, wanted to go to the toilet. One minute later, I went to the toilet where my boy classmate go. The toilet where he went is on the first floor, and my class is on the third floor. On the way, I met the boy classmate who went to the toilet at the stair of the second floor. When I arrived at the toilet. I saw the boy classmate who went to the toilet. He was washing his hands at the sink. So I started to think about who is the boy that I met at the second floor? After that in the class, I started to ask the boy who went to the toilet about that. He say that he didn't meet me when he was washing his hands. He meet me when I was going down to the first floor. So I started to tell him about the person who I met in the toilet. He say it wasn't him. So who the person which I met in the toilet and washing his hand?

I was 9 years old when it happened to me. My father, who worked as a dentist, was on a business trip to Ancol. My father who is also sick at the moment left something at home. So me, my brother and my mother went to Ancol which is a famous theme park in North Jakarta. It was around 10 p.m. when we went there. The trip from my house to Ancol is about 1 hour when viewed on GPS. We went there safely and nothing weird happen. We arrived at Ancol, “go to the hotel near Ancol” father said to my mother. We can’t find the hotel which my father mentioned before. So we went to find some locals and ask them about this hotel. They said we have to travel about 15 minutes to go there. We see a group of people on the street when we turn around. We didin’t think something weird is going to happen. Suddenly the group of people on the street disappear as we went closer. We panicked and immediately left the place. We got goosebumps when they disappear. We managed to go from that place to the hotel. It was around 11:30 p.m. when we get there. We agreed to stay at the hotel until tomorrow. My parents were already sleeping but my brother and I was watching a movie to calm ourselves from the previous incident. The next day we told my father who didn’t know about the incident. It was the most frightening experience in my life.

The thing that scared me the most was running low on money Even now I'm still kind of sacred on running low on money . Money which is my main needs in live is very primary to me , if I don't get my daily allowance I'll probably start to panic or be sad . Don't get me wrong i'm not some pampered spoiled brat , I just love money and the concept of it . A merch that I really wanted got sold out which made me really sad and 🤬 at the same time , then every time there's a new release coming out I began to have this unnecessary panic and anxiety . I decided that I want money to be my servant and not my master , i'm glad I did that or else I'll still be scared of being br*ke . Also it's a mixed of grossed out and anxiety when I'm scared of money running out . My family which is a business , doctor, and law family , never really has problems with money so I think I'm going to lead that way in life . Become filthy rich , and spend money like water . You may think this is a bad life motivation , but hey , money makes the world go round . And I'm an extreme capitalist .

So, when I was 7th grade. I have a dengue fever and I was sent to hospital. Hospital for me is the worst place in the world. Because you can do nothing in there and with a sick condition. Believed or not if you sick your taste bud just terrible. You can’t taste nothing. Even taste terrible like all food you eat is terrible. Even McDonald. So, in that condition I don’t eat anything. Maybe just a little bit of fried rice. And after that my red blood cell was dropped 12.000. the normal of the red blood cell was 150.000. the doctor says to me.” If you don’t drink and eat enough, you’re not going to survive”. When the doctor said that my heart was beating so hard, I was so scared. But my mom has a solution, she makes me some indomie with eggs. And that time my appetite was so strong and I want to eat that noodle. And red blood cell increase and I cure from the dengue fever. Yay thanks mom.

That day I went on a holiday in Bandung. Me and my family stayed in a hotel (i prefer not to say).which is fancy and quiet, firstly I liked it. But things started going weird when I swam in a swimming pool which is really deep. When I swam, there was nobody except me and a girl. I started talking to her. and she seemed to be a nice person. Then a few minutes later, my mom came and she was confused. She asked me, "why did you talk to yourself ?". And I was like, "Mom, I was talking to that girl". "Which girl?", my mom asked. "That girl who is waving towards us", I said. She then laughed, there's no girl here except you. And I was so confused. But after I swam, there were no towels. And my mom went to the office to take it. But the other weird thing is, suddenly I heard a weird voice. It says, "come here, it's okay". I was scared, "who are you". and the girl, who was with me before, swam towards me. She said,"why are you so confused?". I said, " there was a voice calling me, it's disturbing". "which voice?", she asked. And that voice came again. My mom then came again and she looked so confused. "If you keep doing this, we are going to the hospital". "No mom, that girl was real" , like my mom was so hard to believe me, smh. My dad and my siblings then came toward us and we went for lunch. But after leaving the swimming pool, I still saw that girl, swimming alone. We went to a restaurant where it served seafood. And we went back to the hotel. So my mom and dad went for a walk in the hotel’s garden. And I went to a quiet place where I can draw. I saw a lot of statues, not just a normal statue. They looked weird and ugly. And when I came back to my room, I saw my mom was kinda frightened (like she saw something, bruh). I asked her, “ what’s wrong mom?”. “The statue”, she said. “Which statue?”, I asked. “The one which is broken and kinda looked like a medusa”, she said. “And what’s wrong with an ugly medusa statue mom?”, I asked. “She moved her head, like I saw it”, my mom said. I wasn’t surprised, because I saw a lot of weird statues. And I liked the one which is looked liked a gryffindor's logo. In the morning, my mom asked the woman, who was in the office. She asked her about the statue. And that woman said the statue which was broken shouldn't be seen by public and she was very sorry for it. And after stayed for 2 nights there, me and my family won't ever come back to that hotel. Until now, I still confused about the girl who talked with me at the swimming pool.

This event which happened at the beginning of this year is very frightening to me. It happened at the Anyer Beach, where I spent my vacation. It was sunny outside. It was around 3 or 4 PM, I can't remember the exact time, but it was sunset. Me and my cousins were going to swim at the beach. Fun fact, my cousins are way taller than me. My cousins, who were good at swimming, rented surfing boats and quickly went to the middle of the sea. I was being left alone by the shore since I didn't have the courage to go to the same distance as them and I didn’t think my height was capable of swimming that far. My father, who was swimming with my cousins, noticed me and asked me to go with him. I wasn't sure about it, but then my father assured me that everything's going to be alright. I slowly swam through the water to follow them. My father was beside me when I reached them so I felt safe. We played around, cracked some jokes, and relaxed. In the middle of the sea, the waves were not too big, they felt like small waves to us. We were relaxing when suddenly a big wave came towards us. I was being pulled further by the wave until the point I couldn't feel my legs. My siblings and I, who were panicking, quickly swam to the shore. But I wasn’t quick enough. I, who wasn’t aware of the situation, got pushed by the strong wave behind me. It caused me to stumble and fall. The experience of falling in the water was not so great. My vision was all blurry and much water got into my nose. My head also hit the sand but luckily the sand wasn’t hard. That moment, I thought I was going to die and it really gave me such anxiety. But luckily, I was able to stand up and went to the nearest shop where my mom and aunts were sitting at. I’m not lying when I said that experience really gives me trust issues with the sea. After having such an experience, I decided not to swim that far and accompany my younger cousin who was playing alone in the sand. My cousins, who were not scared of the big waves, swam back to the middle of the sea. My aunt who were standing in front of me asked, “Why don’t you swim back with them?”. To be honest, I reconsidered the choice to swim back with them, but remembering the moment when I fell, which both scared and hurted me, made me decide not to swim back. My cousins who were swimming earlier quickly came back after knowing that the waves were starting to get bigger. Despite having such a frightening experience, I don’t think I will stop going to the sea. But it really is a frightening experience.

https://youtu.be/-_bhkDuqg5I that's the example of the dance

As a person of Thai descent I will go to Thailand whenever there is a songkran festival in April and visit my cousin there. This incident occurred in 2014 where there were protests everywhere so I was stucked everywhere, then I saw a truck carrying a scary statue. At first I didn't know what the statue was. I asked my uncle who is a person who studies a lot about ghosts he said that it was a ghost from the Thai Malay tribe which was a statue sent from the Southern Thailand area. I headed to the temple in the area where my grandfather lived, which is a sacred area in the Ratchaburi area because that area is an area that has scary stories from time to time such as the Dark Age in Thailand, the Age of Khmer Massacre, the War with Japan and many more. another creepy thing. After 4 hours I finally arrived at the temple, the shape of the temple was very creepy and there were many strange statues and even an elephant in it, the place was very fragrant with flowers. The place was crowded with people from various regions and even many people who were Malay there. When I wanted to enter the quilt I had to walk for about 15 minutes because it was a big temple and when I wanted to enter the shrine I had to take off my shoes and bend my knees in front of a magnificent statue which is a sacred statue. I was given about 6 sticks and the ends were burned and someone recited a mantra in Thai. This story began when I watched the burning of a statue containing an evil spirit accompanied by several women dancing the khon (sacred thai dance) which all went well until finally there was a krasue statue which is krasue is one of the most powerful ghosts in Thailand. I still remember that the time to burn the statue took about 1 hour because it was very difficult to burn. When the statue was burned, it shattered into pieces and gave off an unusual ash. I still remember very well that the black ash was in the form of a head without a body and immediately approached the person near me. The man immediately went into convulsions and had an unusual expression on his face. He suddenly glared and spit out his tongue while crawling and he spoke ancient Sanskrit and Thai. Honestly the people there did not understand what he was talking about but everyone there was told to stay away and the bikhu came to handle it. I still remember that the bikhu brought an object and stuck it on the possessed person's forehead. Then my grandfather said he understood a little bit what the possessed man was talking about, my grandfather said he said "Khmer land, ancestral land, Spirit land". Until now it has been a nightmare for me.

As a child, we always stick to our parents when we go to the mall or somewhere crowded and new.

Well, my experience is something connected to it. My parents used to take me and my sister to the mall on weekends. Usually, we (me and my sister) always stayed near with our parents. But, there is one thing that can make me and my sister slipped away from my parents. GADGET STORES!!! Like, hey! We were kids and the gadgets can be played for free. But, for some reasons, my parents stayed away from it, except in times of need.

One day, my mom wanted to have a portable charger or power bank. So, we went from one store to another to find the one with the best quality. We went to one store which seems very interesting for me and my sister. So, while we were playing, my parents asked about the portable chargers available. Turns out, when we were still playing, my parents were done asking. They called us several times and I replied them. Because they thought I had realize that they were about to leave, they started to walk first. Well, me and my sister didn’t realize that so, a few minutes later , when we turned our backs, they’re gone. POOF!!! We both panicked when we realized that. We rushed out of the store just to find that they were gone. We started to walk away from the store . First, we went to the previous store where they searched the device before. And, guess what?? They weren’t there. We got more panicked. WE started to ask the staff who served our parents before. Unfortunately, he didn’t know where they either. WE went to the parking lot where our car is parked. Finally, the car was still parked in the same place. Well, there’s hope.

Long story short, we started to walk around the mall which is super huge and ended up very tired. We went to the front gate where we came in from. Luckily, there's a kind lady who escorted us to the lost center. A woman who works in the center welcomed us warmly and asked a few questions. Not long after the announcements, our parents came panicked. Turns out, when we searched for them in the previous store, they went looking for us in the store when we were lost. When we reached our car, we got grounded for wandering without their notice and no game for the week. I understood why they were angry so, I just took the consequences without complaints.
Well, I guess that's the end of the story, isn't it?
So, thank for all of you who reads this post.
Later :D.

Singapore is an archipelago in Southeast Asia, which is located between Malaysia and Indonesia. I love this country, which I have visited twice. The first time I went there with my family. The second time I went with my friends from Little Voice Choir, from SDK Penabur Gading Serpong's choir group, which I have been participating since 2014. Mr. Rocky, who is a mathematics teacher on my primary school, is a good conductor. On 1st of August 2019, me and my friends from LVC were in Singapore. The hotel where I stayed for five days had a large swimming pool and a big balcony for breakfast. At that time, we participated on the 6th Singapore International Choir Festival (SICF), which was held in National University of Singapore (NUS). I begin to feel frightened at that time, because it has a great music hall. This music hall called the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory Music Hall, where we have to perform for the competition. Other contestants were from Singapore, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand and any other countries made me feel more worried. Even though, there are a lot of audiences from all around Asia, making my heartbeat increased. I was scared because we had already practiced for months, bringing our school name and our country. But we couldn't practice on the actual stage. Finally, my fear increases when it was our time to perform. The music hall where we had to perform was truly luxurious, very large and have a perfect acoustics. But everything went well and we won silver award. What a wonderful and also frightening experience in my life.

It all started when i went on a p3p practice. It happened 2 days before the competition, where we had to practice untul around 7 o'clock. After the practice, we had to clean out all the equipment which we used during the practice. Went agnes and i cleaned it together. Afterwards we went inside. Something felt wrong it happened in front of my biology laboratorium. After that, i didnt know i just stopped functioning. I had an urge to look up, which was weird since that's unsual. I saw a pale body on the 3rd floor where he/she looked really creepy. From that momment i immediately looked straight down and my friend who had been looking at me looked really confused. I told them that i saw a ghost. They believed it and we went to the floor where the ghost was seen but there was nothing. It made me really scared so after that incident i went straight to my home and i showered to tried get rid of it but that was one of the scariest thing i ever seen. I experienced so it took a week until i finally recovered from that whole experience.

Me and my family usually goes to Medan or Lampung every class promotion holiday. The experience started when I was at second grade. We decided to go to Medan that year by car. But we got lost on our journey there, we went on without knowing where we headed, I was worried that we’ll get lost there forever. My mother tried to help by contacting my grandmother who lived there and a friend who usually went to Medan every 2 years. We followed their guidance but unfortunately we found several dead ends. Then we found a road that is really dark there is no other light source than my car and a motorcycle, there we saw someone asking us to stop but my dad told the person who drove our car that whatever happens don’t stop the car, and so we ignored the guy and my dad’s instinct was right there’s actually a group of people waiting to rob us! It seems the guy who tried to stop us was working together with the robbers. After some time we came across a village that strangely looked abandoned, when we were passing by, a rock suddenly got thrown towards us, fortunately it didn’t hit us. The rock which suddenly got thrown towards us made us realized that we were being targeted again. After that there’s a moment of silence, me and my mom who got scared the most, prayed along the way, finally we got out of that village. After some time we got chased by a group who road motorcycles , at first we didn’t notice it but my dad already suspect it. After we lost them, we stopped at Pertamina because my parents and the driver want to go to the toilet, before going out of the car my mom ask me and my sister to hide our self, so it looked like the car was empty, so no bad guys will try to kidnap us. After that we went back on the right track and continue the journey to Medan.

When I was little I was always scared when I wanted to sleep at night. I often hear people screaming or noise when I want to sleep. I always ask my dad to waiting for me till i sleep. Sometimes the sound is not only heard at night but in the morning as well. I felt very disturbed by the sound. On the other side I was also very scared. when I was under 8 years old I could be called an indigo child or a child who could see "them" which not all people could see. I feel happy and grateful to be able to communicate with "them" sometimes ,but I feel very very disturbed by the sounds I hear when I go to sleep or when I wake up. because the noise was very disturbing me , I ever cried very loudly at night, and the incident happened one week and a full week I cried only at night. That voice always haunt me . But now I don't know why now I can't see "them" anymore and the good news is that I don't hear the noise anymore.

Have you ever felt what it’s like to be scared? Terrified? Do you have any Phobias? I’m sure everyone has their own fears. Being scared is one of the things which makes us human, it’s normal. Since I was little, I liked going to the beach and swimming in the sea. The feeling of the sand moving beneath my feet as the waves crash feels so nice. The beach is where I feel the most fresh and free. I loved going to the beach and I still do. But now, I get scared of even just the thought of swimming in the sea again and I’m going to tell you why.

Last year, when I was 13 years old, I experienced the most frightening moment in my whole life. Bali is where it happened. Specifically, Legian Beach where I went with my family to go swim and have fun. At the evening, when the weather is nice and warm, we went there. The ones who went swimming were me, my brother, my dad, and my cousin who had arrived from Melbourne the day before. The rest of my family sat near the beach to enjoy the sea breeze.

This terrifying experience happened when we were swimming in the sea. My cousin who is older than me, suddenly grabbed my arm and pulled me to her. She pointed to flags near the beach and that is the moment when I realized we were swimming in the area where we weren’t supposed to swim in. We immediately told my brother and my dad to go back to the shore.

We started swimming back to the shore but it feels like it was getting farther away from us. This is when we started to swim faster. We got dragged back into the ocean as more waves crash above us. We were caught in a riptide. I was getting tired and I feel like my legs were giving up. I was terrified, which rarely happens. Fortunately, my father swam over when he saw me struggling. I felt relieved when I wrapped my arms around him. I closed my eyes and swam as fast as I could. Then, I realized I was close to reaching the shore when I felt sand moving beneath my feet.

We made it back. My mom, who didn’t know what happened, cried when we told her about it. She was scared we wouldn’t be able to come back and honestly, I was starting to think so too. We bought some roasted corn and coconut drinks which was very delicious and refreshing. After this experience, I started to feel scared when I get close to the beach.

The weather was terrible when last year I went to my grannies’ house because my parents were at work. I had to sleep there as my parents are away.

As my grandparents and I were eating dinner, a bolt of lightning hit a tree that was just under the kitchen window. The tree caught fire immediately. The kitchen curtain caught fire and in a split of a second, flames were dancing all around the kitchen. We were very frightened and scared.

The neighbors saw the house burning and called the police and firemen. The firemen finally caught the fire after around 30 minutes. It was finally over.

This was my most frightening experience and I wish that it will also be my last one. I never felt so scared in my life.

I want to tell you about an experience that scared me, and it happened recently. Maybe this has something to do with the current pandemic, but maybe it doesn't. Many habits and activities have changed in order to inhibit and avoid contracting Covid-19 and prevent its spread. And this requires a lot of adjustment from each of us, that we need to pay attention to. Likewise what happened to me.

In the last few months, which online learning began, I have had trouble sleeping. I find it hard to fall asleep even though it is already night, that is time to sleep. Even though Daddy, mom, brother and sister have fallen asleep, where in their respective rooms, I still can't sleep. If the whole house is asleep, when I can't sleep yet, I will spend the time waiting for sleep by reading, praying, playing with my hamster, whose my favorite pet, or doing diamond painting. But sometimes that activity hasn't made me sleepy yet. And the thing that scares me the most and worries me is when I see that the clock has shown it's more than 2 pm but I can't sleep yet. If that happened then I would find my Mom, where in her room, and join her. It's my experience, that scared me.
