Walking into the rink for the first time, I wasn’t sure how things would go, but the team welcomed me right away. It took a few practices to get used to the new routines and playing styles, but soon enough, I felt like part of the group. The coaches pushed me to improve, and my new teammates helped me adapt quickly. Being part of a fresh environment gave me new challenges and perspectives, which helped me grow both as a player and as a teammate.
